Return shipping cost
For a normal withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are your responsibility. The currently configured estimate for a normal return parcel is €5,95; the actual carrier price may differ. For an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming delivery, necessary return costs are covered by vanToneel.
Delivery
vanToneel currently ships to European Union member states through selected shipping and logistics partners. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout after the delivery address is entered, and free shipping applies from the threshold shown in the webshop at that time.
14-day cooling-off period
For a normal online clothing purchase, you generally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. Submit your withdrawal within that period using the button below or by email.
After withdrawal or a return request
The online withdrawal function can cancel a complete online purchase and provides an immediate saveable confirmation. For a partial return, email info@vantoneel.nl with your order number. After a valid withdrawal, you generally have another 14 days to send the item back. Keep proof of postage until the return is fully completed.
Item inspection
When the item arrives, we inspect it. You may try on and assess clothing as you reasonably would in a shop. Demonstrable damage, soiling or use beyond what is needed to assess the item may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value.
Refund
For a valid full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost using the original payment method. We refund within 14 days after withdrawal but may wait until the item is received or proof of return is provided. Original delivery costs do not have to be refunded for a partial return.
Incorrect or damaged delivery
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, email info@vantoneel.nl or use the return function. Necessary return costs for such service/warranty cases are not charged to you.
